Refund Policy

No Refund, Return, or Exchange Policy

  1. All Sales are Final: All purchases made through LiveNoir.com. are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products or services unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

  2. Ship To Address: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE INPUTTING THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR YOUR ORDER. 

  3. Defective or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for inspection. If the defect or error is confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

  4. Conditions for Return: Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  5. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns unless otherwise specified by Noir Lifestyle Brand. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  6. Refund Processing Time: If a refund is approved, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the processing of your refund. The time may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

  7. Changes to This Policy: Noir Lifestyle Brand reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Please check our website or contact Customer Service for the most up-to-date information regarding our return and refund policies.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days from our warehouse. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when the order has been shipped. Orders placed after 12pm PST will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic orders being shipped typically take 2-7 days to be delivered. Exceptions to this would be determined by events outside of our control such as weather, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.

Non-Domestic orders being shipped to an address outside the United States are mailed using a third party carrier, and can take 14 - 21 days to be delivered. Exceptions to this would be determined by events outside of our control such as customs, weather, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING/TRACKING
When your order begins processing, you should receive a separate email with your tracking information. Please note that it may take the shipping carrier a little time to update the tracking link so that you may accurately track your shipment.

Please Note: All international packages are subject to Customs, Duties, and Search. We are not responsible for Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees and any additional fees encountered during the shipping process. If you refuse to accept the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed, denied or otherwise refused, Noir Life will not provide any form of refund nor reship the order.

For APO or FPO military addresses, please keep in mind that transit times may be prolonged due to government clearance protocol.

We know how important your order is, Noir Life provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors as they could have received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.

We are not liable for any lost or stolen orders.

We highly recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly for assistance and filing a claim through their portal.

If the shipping carrier is unable to assist you after three days, please reach back out to us and we will do our best to assist you.

If your package was not delivered or stolen, you are responsible for contacting the mail carrier and inquiring in regards to the whereabouts of your package. You must submit any evidence given to you by the mail carrier to us in order for a refund or replacement to be issued to you.

SHIPPING CARRIER DELAYS

Please be aware that the tracking details provided to a customer once a package leaves our facility is the most up-to-date information the customer and Noir Lifestyle can obtain. If you have a concern regarding your delivery and your tracking link shows your package is in-transit, please contact the shipping carrier for further detail.
